Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Resham Heritage as soon as possible after placing it.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to the applicable Return & Exchange Policy.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method according to the applicable payment processing timelines.
